The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the [[Alexandrian text-type]], but the [[Byzantine text-type|Byzantine]] element is very strong. [[Kurt Aland|Aland]] assigned it to [[Categories of New Testament manuscripts#Category II|Category II]] in Catholic epistles, and to [[Categories of New Testament manuscripts#Category III|Category III]] elsewhere. Textually it is very close to the codex [[Minuscule 322|322]], as a sister manuscript.[3]

It is a member of the textual family [[Family 1739|1739]].
