He was at the [[Collège de Navarre]] in 1524.&amp;lt;sup&amp;gt;[2]&amp;lt;/sup&amp;gt; He became [[List of Rectors of the University of Paris|Rector]] of the [[University of Paris]], in 1531, and Almoner Royal,&amp;lt;sup&amp;gt;[3]&amp;lt;/sup&amp;gt; in 1536. In 1546 he became [[Chancellor of the University of Paris]].&amp;lt;sup&amp;gt;[4]&amp;lt;/sup&amp;gt; &lt;br /&gt;
