'''Minuscule 372''' (in the [[Biblical manuscript#Gregory-Aland|Gregory-Aland]] numbering), ε 600 ([[Biblical manuscript#Von Soden|Soden]]), is a [[Greek language|Greek]] [[Lower case|minuscule]] [[manuscript]] of the [[New Testament]], on parchment. [[Paleography|Paleographically]] it had been assigned to the 16th century.[1]

== Description ==

The codex contains the text of the four [[Gospel]]s on 199 parchment leaves (24.2 cm by 16.7 cm) with one big [[Lacuna (manuscript)|lacunae]] (John 3:1-21:25). Written in one column per page, in 30 lines per page.[1] According to Scrivener it is ''beautifully written''.[2]

== History ==

Probably it was written in Italy.[3]
The manuscript was added to the list of New Testament manuscripts by [[Johannes Martin Augustinus Scholz|Scholz]] (1794-1852).[4]

The manuscript is currently housed at the [[Vatican Library]] (Vat. gr. 1161) in [[Rome]].[1]
