And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled. For all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

And woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse children in those days!
“I know your works, love, service, faith, endurance and your works; and the last to be more than the first.
But pray that your flight is not in the winter or on the Sabbath day.
But I have a few things against you, because you permit that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual im-morality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
For then there shall be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent.
And except those days should be shortened, no flesh would be saved. But for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Behold, I will throw her into a bed, and those who commit adult-ery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.
"Then if any man says to you, 'Behold, here is Christ,' or 'There,' do not believe it.
I will kill her children with death, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.
For false christs and false prophets shall arise and shall show great signs and wonders, to such a degree that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
“Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, and who have not known, as they say, the depths of Satan, I will put on you no other burden.
Behold, I have told you before.
But what you already have, hold firmly until I come.
"Therefore if they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the desert,' do not go forth, or 'Behold, He is in the secret chambers,' do not believe it.
And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations:
For as the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
‘He will rule them with a rod of iron; they will be broken to pieces like the potter’s vessels’ just as I have received from My Father;
For wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
and I will give him the morning star.
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the church-es.” ’
And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
"Now learn a parable from the fig tree: When its branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
So you, likewise, when you see all these things, know that it is near—even at the doors.
Truly I say to you, this generation shall not pass until all these things are fulfilled.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.
"But of that day and hour no man knows, no, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
But as the days of Noah were, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
Then two shall be in the field; the one shall be taken and the other left.
Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken and the other left.
Watch, therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord will come.
But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.
Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at such an hour as you do not think.
"Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord has made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?
Blessed is that servant whom his lord, when he comes, shall find so doing.
Truly, I say to you that he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
But if that evil servant says in his heart, 'My lord delays his coming,'
and begins to strike his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards,
the lord of that servant shall come on a day when he does not look for him and in an hour that he is not aware of,
and shall cut him in pieces and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
