Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four creatures saying with a voice like thunder, “Come and see.
And Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came to Him to show Him the buildings of the temple.
And I looked, and behold, a white horse. And he who sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.
And Jesus said to them, "Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, there shall not be one stone left here on another, that shall not be thrown down."
And when He opened the second seal, I heard the second creature say, “Come and see.
And as He sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the world?"
And another  horse  that was  red went out. And authority was given to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another; and there was given to him a large sword.
And Jesus answered and said to them, "Take heed that no man deceives you.
Then when He had opened the third seal, I heard the third creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.
For many shall come in My name, saying, 'I am Christ,' and shall deceive many.
And I heard a voice in the midst of the four creatures saying, “A mea-sure of wheat for a denarius, and three measures of barley for a denarius; and see you do not harm the oil and the grape juice.
And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled. For all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
And when He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth creature say, “Come and see.”
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in various places.
So  I  looked,   and  behold,   a  pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hell followed with him. And authority was given to them over a quarter of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.
And when He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
"Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and you shall be hated by all nations for My name's sake.
And they shouted out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who inhabit the earth?”
And then many shall stumble, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until their fellow servants and also their brethren, who should be killed just as they were, should be fulfilled.
And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many.
And I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a large earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall grow cold.
And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, just as a fig tree drops her untimely figs when she is shaken by a strong wind.
But he who endures to the end, the same shall be saved.
Then the heaven receded like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end shall come."
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and   the   commanders,    and   the mighty  men, and  every  slave  and every free man, hid themselves in the caves  and in  the rocks  of the mountains,
"Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand),
and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
then let those who are in Judea flee into the mountains.
Because, the great day of His wrath has come, and who shall be able to stand?”
Let him who is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house.
Do not let him who is in the field return back to take his clothes.
And woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse children in those days!
But pray that your flight is not in the winter or on the Sabbath day.
For then there shall be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And except those days should be shortened, no flesh would be saved. But for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
"Then if any man says to you, 'Behold, here is Christ,' or 'There,' do not believe it.
For false christs and false prophets shall arise and shall show great signs and wonders, to such a degree that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Behold, I have told you before.
"Therefore if they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the desert,' do not go forth, or 'Behold, He is in the secret chambers,' do not believe it.
For as the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
For wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.
And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
"Now learn a parable from the fig tree: When its branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
So you, likewise, when you see all these things, know that it is near—even at the doors.
Truly I say to you, this generation shall not pass until all these things are fulfilled.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.
"But of that day and hour no man knows, no, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
But as the days of Noah were, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man.
Then two shall be in the field; the one shall be taken and the other left.
Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken and the other left.
Watch, therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord will come.
But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.
Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at such an hour as you do not think.
"Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord has made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?
Blessed is that servant whom his lord, when he comes, shall find so doing.
Truly, I say to you that he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
But if that evil servant says in his heart, 'My lord delays his coming,'
and begins to strike his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards,
the lord of that servant shall come on a day when he does not look for him and in an hour that he is not aware of,
and shall cut him in pieces and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
