Bro. Ruben Sulapas is the pastor of Riverspring Baptist Bible Church in Iligan City in northern Mindanao, Philippines, a church which he founded in 1992. He is married to Marilyn Sulapas and they have one daughter, Michelle. He is also the president and lead translator for Filipino Resources for Evangelism and Edification (F.R.E.E.), which he founded in 1999 along with nine other Filipino pastors. F.R.E.E. is a ministry dedicated to translating, printing and distributing the Word of God and gospel tracts, discipleship material and Christian books. FREE is also the copyright holder for the Cebuano translation of the King James Bible [1].
